"AI Roundtable Discussion: Practical Uses, Opportunities, and Pitfalls"

Join us for a dynamic roundtable discussion where panelists from the legal, accounting, and business sectors will share their firsthand experiences with the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in their respective fields. The panel will explore both the promising applications of AI in estate planning and the limitations where the technology may fall short of the hype. Best practices and safeguards will be discussed. Most importantly, this session aims to foster an open dialogue among attendees about how AI is used and how it may shape the future of professional practice. The goal is for the membership to understand how our estate planning community can thoughtfully engage with these evolving tools.

Jeffrey Bowley is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Daneel, a firm at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence to transform finance, accounting and advisory. With a career spanning public accounting, entrepreneurship, and strategic advisory, Jeffrey brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise, operational acumen, and innovation-driven leadership to every engagement.

Prior to launching Daneel, Jeffrey built and operated his own public accounting firm, where he served a diverse client base and gained firsthand experience in the challenges of scaling financial infrastructure. After successfully selling the firm, he joined Centri Business Consulting, where he led the outsourced accounting and CFO advisory practice. In that role, he advised venture-backed startups, founder-led businesses, and high-growth companies on financial strategy, reporting, and scalability.

A licensed CPA, Jeffrey is recognized for his pragmatic leadership style, commitment to excellence, and ability to build trusted relationships across the financial and startup communities. He is a proud alumnus of both Penn State University and Villanova University.

Jennifer Ellis is a legal ethics attorney in Pennsylvania. Previously, Jennifer worked with a Philadelphia area personal injury firm, where she practiced legal ethics, managed the firm’s online presence, and oversaw its IT and security consultants. Jennifer also served as the Associate Director of Media Technology with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, where she organized and presented courses on numerous issues, including law practice management, technology, and ethics.
