"The Rainbow Legacy:
Estate and Charitable Planning for the LGBTQ+ Community"

In order to promote the increased networking of ideas, the PEPC provides, for members only, a series of informal discussions on particular topics of interest to allow all of those attending to participate.  This event will be held over the lunch hour as a HYBRID MEETING.  In-person attendees are responsible for bring their own food and beverage.

Advisors should consider how they help all families to make decisions regarding estate and charitable planning. For clients who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, estate and charitable planning might involve conversations regarding their chosen family and legacy. In this Roundtable, advisors across estate, tax and charitable planning will lead a discussion on best practices and helpful reminders for working with the LGBTQ+ community on their estate and charitable planning, including inclusive practices, practical considerations, and planning techniques. Advisors may use the takeaways from this Roundtable for any families who might benefit from intentional planning and inclusive communication.
