URGENT UPDATE: We have just been informed that, effective Thursday, August 12, 2021, all members and guests of the Union League Golf Club at Torresdale must be fully vaccinated, to comply with the new requirements from the City of Philadelphia. All outing attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination, which can be a physical card or a photo of your vaccination record card. The guard at the gate house will be checking vaccine cards and photo ID. Any guests who are not vaccinated are unable to enter the property at this time due to these new Philadelphia restrictions.
If you must cancel your registration for Monday's outing because of this new requirement, please email staff@philaepc.org and you will be issued a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this late development causes as it is entirely out of our control.
Join the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council on Monday, August 16th for our 24th Annual Golf, Tennis & Yoga Outing. The outing is one of the council's most popular events and often sells out completely.
OUTING AGENDA
Golf Registration: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Boxed Lunches Served: 11:00 a.m.
Golf Tee Time: 12:00 p.m.
Tennis Round Robin: 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Yoga Class: 3:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Cocktail Reception: 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
GOLF INFORMATION: SOLD OUT!! Single Registrations for golf are welcome! Foursomes will be created. For foursomes, at least one golfer must be a PEPC Member. To help improve the speed of play, we will be providing fore caddies for all foursomes. The outing will be a shamble format. Boxed lunches will be served at 11:00 a.m. to all golfers to eat on your carts. The golf outing portion of our event is sold out. Please email staff@philaepc.org to be placed on the waiting list.
Single Golfer: $250

Foursome: $1,000
One player must be PEPC member - includes golf, gift, boxed lunch and cocktail reception.

TENNIS INFORMATION: This year's outing will take place at the tennis courts at the Union League Golf Club at Torresdale. Registration includes a tennis clinic and round robin tournament. Lunch is not included in the tennis registration fee. Tennis whites are not required. Following the tennis outing, participants will have time to use the locker rooms at the golf club prior to the cocktail reception.
Tennis Registration Fee: $85
Includes tennis, snacks and drinks on courts, gift and cocktail reception. Does not include lunch.
YOGA INFORMATION: We are excited to offer a new activity at this year's outing - YOGA! Join us for a 75 minute outdoor yoga class with instructor Karen Campbell. This class is designed to accommodate all levels and abilities. Karen will lead the class though dynamic flowing form of yoga that links together your breath with movement. You will experience a variety of postures, expand on alignment principles and learn modifications as needed, no experience with yoga necessary. It will include a discussion on mindfulness. Please bring your own yoga mat. Following the class, participants will have time to use the locker rooms at the golf club prior to the cocktail reception.
Yoga Registration Fee: $75
Includes yoga, gift and cocktail reception. Does not include lunch.
RECEPTION ONLY INFORMATION: We will not be offering a sit-down dinner at this year's outing. Instead, we will be having an extended cocktail reception with food stations. Participants can expect to enjoy ample food and an open bar!
