"Seven Deadly Claims"

As estate and trust litigation intensifies around the country, a wave of novel claims has been evolving. Most trust and estate professionals need to be educated about these claims yet may not know of them at all. Our speakers will survey the seven most significant causes of action.

Steven K. Mignogna, Esquire, is a shareholder with Archer & Greiner, A Professional Corporation. He specializes in commercial litigation, with a concentration on litigation involving probate matters, estates, trusts, gifts, fiduciaries, guardianships, and real estate. He is Co-Chair of the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department and Chair of the Estate and Trust Litigation Group.

Terrence M. Franklin, Partner at Sacks Glazier Franklin & Lodise, located in Los Angeles, CA.  Mr. Franklin is a seasoned attorney with nearly a quarter century of experience handling trust and estates and probate litigation, disputes and appeals. His breadth of experience underscores the firm’s long-standing reputation and the reason clients turn to the firm for complex cases involving significant dollar amounts.

Robert Goldman is a shareholder Goldman, Felcoski & Stone, P.A. located in Naples, FL.  He practices in the area of trust and estate litigation. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and all Florida state courts.
