Professional Bio
I am an insurance litigator with 40+ years of experience with a particular focus on life insurance. Recently, I started my own LLC focusing on insurance expert witness services and consulting. Put simply, I know how the law applies to insurance disputes and have represented both plaintiffs and defendants over the course of my career. One of the most valuable things I have to offer is that I know how life insurance companies think, having represented them for decades. This can be useful on the front-end in considering whether to use one life insurance product or another, and can also be useful on the back-end when it comes to presenting and pursuing claims for life insurance death benefits.
