Richard F. Wolf, MAI, CRE is a Managing Director of Valbridge Property Advisors | Philadelphia. Richard holds the MAI, SRA and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute and a CRE designation from the Counselors of Real Estate.
Richard has over 30 years experience in investment, management, consulting and real estate appraisal. He is a Certified General Appraiser in the states of Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Richard consults and appraises all types of commercial real estate. However, he specializes in complicated or litigation oriented assignments. Some unusual assignments: stone quarry, 1 million sf pharmaceutical facility & 1,440 unit residential subdivisions.
