Kourosh Ghaleh is a Vice President in Stout's Valuation Advisory group. He has provided business valuation and financial advisory services for numerous purposes, including shareholder redemptions, litigation-related matters, corporate transactions and planning, incentive compensation plans, restricted stock and blockage discount opinions, estate taxes, gift taxes, income taxes, and charitable contributions.
Mr. Ghaleh has provided valuation services to a diverse client base, ranging from regional middle-market businesses to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, private equity funds, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.
