Professional Bio
Anne co-founded Tucker & Meltzer in 2006, with Brooke Tucker, to provide business valuation services for estate and gift tax planning, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), shareholder buyouts, financial reporting, transaction support, and buy-sell agreements. She has valued hundreds of complex asset holding companies and operating businesses across many industries and has issued many financial opinions for ESOP transaction purposes.
Anne is a CPA with the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the AICPA as well as the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
Anne is highly active in both the ESOP community and the estate planning realm, belonging to four chapters of the ESOP Association and six estate planning councils. Additionally, Anne serves on the Board of an ESOP owned-company in New England where she provides guidance on operational and financial matters.
