It has been 10 years since the PEPC Ethics committee published the PEPC Ethics Matrix in the Trusts and Estate magazine.
The matrix itemizes how each of the various estate planning “disciplines” deal with the ethical issues that confront us in day to day practice in the various ethics rules. This original FIVE Cs that are addressed in the Matrix are Confidentiality, Conflicts, Competence, Compliance and Compensation. This year we plan to add two more “Cs” – Collaboration and Communication. .
