Tennis Round Robin: 2:00 p.m. (NOTE NEW TIME)
Reception: Cocktails & Hors D’oeuvres: 5:30 p.m.

Deadline: Friday, May 21, 2010
Make reservations early by going online, faxing or mailing the attached registration form promptly.
Please note payment and foursome names must be received by April 30, 2010. First come, first served.

To ensure shirt sizes, size information must be received by the April 30, 2010 early registration deadline. Shirt size cannot be confirmed if information is received after this date.

Registration Fees:
Single Golfer (includes golf, photo, long-sleeve mock turtle neck, lunch, cocktails and dinner): $210
Foursome (one golfer must be a PEPC member): $840
Tennis (includes tennis, photo, cocktails and dinner): $75
Dinner Only: $50

Tennis will be played on indoor clay courts. If the weather is nice, tennis may be moved to the outdoor clay courts. Multi-Colored Tennis Attire Permitted. Mixed Doubles, single play if unused courts are available. Lunch is not included in the registration fee.
